Hispanic Strategies provides marketing, brand development and positioning, strategic planning and fundraising services to businesses and organizations wishing to connect with Hispanic communities. Services include media and campaign planning, Internet marketing, creative, research, database and direct marketing management.
Joseph Alaniz

Former Co-Founder, President and CEO of Alliance Solutions International (ASI), one of the largest privately held direct mail marketing service company working with non profit organizations in the United States. Previous to his work at Alaniz, he held a sales analyst position with R.R. Donnelley and Sons, Inc., one of the largest commercial printers in the world. Joseph has over 33 years of experience in printing, mailing, data management and marketing with an emphasis on direct marketing and specializes in integrating direct marketing with traditional marketing disciplines. He has been involved with marketing to Hispanic communities since 1999. Joseph holds a B.S. degree from Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY.
Samuel Bettencourt

Sam has over fifteen years of experience in fundraising and organizational development. He worked with the Union Rescue Mission, Promise Keepers, International Bible Society, and as Vice President of Institutional Advancement for Alliance for Marriage, where he was responsible for major donor development and networking with Evangelical and Catholic Church leaders nationally. He is experienced in multicultural fundraising, particularly in Hispanic communities. As a consultant, he worked with the National Association of Evangelicals, the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference, the International Bible Institute, and others. As a Hispanic political strategist he is experience at building coalitions and connecting leaders to worthy causes. Sam has a Masters of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary, and doctorial work in Strategic Leadership at Regent University. He serves on various non-profit boards, and is currently on the board with Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA).
Tom Spitza
Sr. Vice President of Marketing
Tom has an extensive marketing, strategic planning and brand management background with such organizations as Focus on the Family, Cook Communications, McDonald’s and Hyatt hotels…among several non-profit and profit organizations. He has been responsible for key management positions in marketing, advertising, research, brand building, promotion, direct marketing, strategic planning and budgeting, licensing… plus more… at local, regional, national and international levels. He holds Masters and Bachelors degrees in marketing and business administration.
